Today I am sharing a recipe from one of my favorite online cookbooks oh she glows. It`s not just a healthy and yummy way to breakfast but also a very colorful one!
Green Tea Lime Bowl
All you need is:
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 cup of baby spinach
1 large frozen banana
1 small avocado
2 limes (juice only)
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp Matcha green tea powderA couple of ice cubes
Now what to do with all that:
Easy! Add everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired, choose your topping and enjoy with a spoon 🙂
For the topping you can either take granola, grated coconut or chocolate flakes or anything else you like.
