What would Christmas be without cookies? Seriously! We would maybe weigh less but would we enjoy Christmas that much??

To sprinkle a bit of tropical feeling over our traditional christmas cookies, here is an easy made recipe for all the christmas baking dummies among us (including me). No fighting with pastry with this recipe! Raw, vegan deliciousness with a hint of chocolate. Enjoy the stressless no – baking!

Coco Choco Bliss Balls (12 pcs)

CHOCOLATE COVER

4 Tbsp meldted cacao butter

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 tbsp sweetener

COCONUT FILLING

1 1 /4 shredded coconut flakes

4 tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tbsp maple sirup

Mix all the chocolate ingredients together until smooth and set aside.

For the coconut filling put everything in the blender until it starts sticking together. Add more oil if needed. Then form little cocoballs and let them rest for 1h in the fridge.

Then dip the cocoballs in the chocolate and let them rest in the fridge until they get solidified.

Finally … eat 🙂
