So the hero of this morning is this green super smoothie combination packed with all my favorites: Banana, Blueberries & Avocado.
Hemp seeds are rich in protein while Spirulina provides a good amount of iron and Vitamin B1 + B2 + B3 as well a heap amount of antioxidants which help to improve muscle strength. Both are the ideal after workout supplements to add to your food or smoothies.
½ cup blueberries
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp spirulina
1 scoop hemp powder
If you can`t get coconut water just take normal water instead.
Put everything together in a blender, top it with enough (coconut) water and mix it up.
Pour it in a giant glass and enjoy your morning.. make it a good one!
