You want to have breakfast and coffee all in one? Or need a boost during a day full of hustle? A load of caffeine, bananas, dates and Maca root powder will give you some energy back! An awesome creation which definitely blows your taste buds.
Maca Power Smoothie with Coffee, Bananas & Dates
That’s what you’ll need:
5 – 10 dates
1 tbsp Maca root powder
1 cup of oat milk ( you can take any milk you want )
And here we go:
Start with brewing your coffee! Either with a machine or with an old school italian espresso maker.
Let the coffee cool down before you use it! Just put it in a cup and leave it in the fridge for about an hour.
When the coffee has cooled down, put all the other ingredients together in your blender and mix until its smooth.
Pour into a glass add some ice cubes.
Please double check if there are no more seeds in your dates left. Your blender will be thankful for that!
