Scrubs are best to bring some dull skin back to life. To get rid of old skin and improve blood circulation.

Here are three of my absolute favorites! All purely natural!! And made with ingredients normally everyone has at home.

Lemon Salt scrub

Lemon brightens and evens out the skin tone. It`s smell has a really stimulating effect on your body.

All you need is:

4 tablespoons rocky sea salt ( the rougher the salt the rougher the scrub)

1 tablespoon olive oil or grape seed oil

1 lemon

First mix the olive oil and sea salt together. Once the salt gets coated by the oil, the lemon won’t dissolve it! Next cut the lemon in half and squeeze it over the salt + oil mixture.

Little note: If you have any small open wounds or even little cuts, this might burn the hell out of you!!

Coffee Sugar rub

Coffee is great for exfoliating and reducing the appearance of cellulite by tightening the tissue.

Since I love coffee it makes sense that I want to scrub it all over the place 🙂

All you need is:

2 tablespoons grounded Coffee

2 tablespoons brown Sugar

3 tablespoon Coconut oil

A pinch Cinnamon

Just mix the coffee powder together with the brown sugar, cinnamon and your oil of your choice. Bam and Done!

Little note: I don’t think you are supposed to let coffee grounds wash down the drain.  So I use a mesh drain plug to catch the grounds and then discard them in the garbage. But if any of you are plumbers and feel differently, let me know 😉

Rosmary Lavender scrub

Coconut oil is great for dry, scaly or itchy skin while Lavender is has a really soothing and calming effect on your skin. So this makes it the ideal evening before – to – go – to – bed treatment.

All you need is:

5 tablespoons Sea salt

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

10 drops pure Lavender essential oil

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and sruuuub away!
